I'm using a T3 to 3" Vband 0.82 A/R housing from AGP Turbo. I already had bought the T3 manifold or else I would've used the normal Borg Warner 0.8x AR T4 housing.

I went to a test drive after the M50 swap and the differntial lock slipped in every turn....
So i bougt a refreshment set from racingdiffs,, ordered the stage 1 kit with 40% lock

Diff is out!

Cleaned it

Everything apart

This is ready for blasting

Lock dissasembled

I just sold the borbet a wheels because im going to do a E30 M3 5lug swap $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ :bawl:

Got a little package from USA today
Used E30 M3 brakecalipers and brackets both sides at front.. had to buy them used because they are discontinued from BMW
they were very expensive and hard to find and definitely need a full rebuild and sandblasting

Nice- that's a dreamboat setup. I had a setup almost completed but never followed through with installing it. With the E30M3 KW Coilovers available with ackerman arms, it makes the conversion quite tempting. The main obstacle are brakes and dust shields. Rear hubs are quite pricey, too, but are at least still available. I remember just a few years ago one could buy rebuilt M3 calipers on Rockauto for $40-50 a pop. Oh, how times have changed.Comment

Just got some more stuff
e30 m3 front dust covers
e30 m3 front swaybar ends
e30 m3 front brake clips
e30 control arm brackets
and some bolts and stuff..

New pistons and rubbers for e30 m3 front calipers

Im going to sandblast the front brake calipers and paint them with that set,,, i got the idea from Sreten at m539 restorations on youtube
(silvergrey color)

Some more new stuff....
new speedsensor, speedsensor plug housing, swaybar stuff.

Bought the rear swaybar used (er smá ryðguð,, (its a little rusty im going to paint it) and e32 750 mastercylender

Front control arm bushings installed in brackets

bought the speedsensor plug housing new because its cracked and old..

Cleaned the rear control arms before disassemble

Dropped the subframe out,,, im not going to use anything on that picture (only the subframe itself)


Took the axle driveshafts apart, painted them and changed the grease and rubber boots
