You realize they are just bolts and can be bought at any hardware store, right?

It's kind of sad to think that most of the valve cover will be covered with the coil cover.

I'm probably not going to be using the coil cover. The red is just to beautiful. I test-fitted the coil cover last night, and I hate it.

Fucking epic man. Good job

When I have the balls to drop my motor back out and install an S54 I will clean everything up just like you did. Truck bedliner ftw.

I'm really diggin the red valve cover as well, I was thinking about doing the same thing with mine to add some more color. It would match well with my ffd fans as well as my red strut tower bar.

            Once again, GOOD JOB!

You can actually get metric grade 12.9 SHCS at Lowes, especially for common lengths like M10x50. Now, they'll be expensive, be made overseas, and have no certs, but that's another can of worms.

Ok, finally got time to pick up and install spark plugs today, and I got the plates and ground straps figured out. Also picked up some killer looking stainless machine cap screws for the injector rail and injector harness, I love the way these screws look.

Damn, That valve cover is freaking awesome. I just got done powder coating my valve cover wrinkle black or else i would have had to bite your style. lol. I think it would look killer with a matching red wrinkle painter plastic M Power cover. Yes?!?!? Do it!

Not an M Power cover, it's not an M engine. I've kicked around wrinkle coating a coil cover, I'm just not sure it will wrinkle properly. Might have to just try it.

And for hardware, I use the hardware section at ACE. It is... incredible, they have everything.

I would totally wrinkle a cover and at least test it. I don't think it would look as clean without it, and worse case, ribs removed, smoothie style with gloss paint would look good too.

They're on the right ones. There's little cutouts for the lead that connects to the valve cover down in the hole where the valve cover bolts go, the ones with the studs on them.

Totally forgot, my headers came today! They're the ebay specials, not off-the-shelf-new, but never been mounted by the seller and I got them for a killer deal, with a new Turner stud kit. The PO painted them black, so I'm going to strip them and paint them hi-temp silver, then get them mounted up.
