With a big turbo at the angle I imagine some more clearance will be needed maybe its just the pictures.Comment

Yeah, if you didn't have to massage the firewall to get it in you need to push it further back. That's just my opinion.Comment

That looks more like it. How much did you have to beat the fire wall? I had to beat the trans well on the top and sides and beat the firewall all the way to up by the battery box.
When I beat my firewall I actually cracked it in spots and had to weld it back up Id check for cracks but it could just be cause my car was a rust bucket.
when you shorten your shifting arm are you going to be shortening and welding it yourself? I sent mine to TIG welder here on r3v and he did an amazing job.Comment
