Thats a nice looking manifold there mate, looks like downpipe and charge pipe routing will be interesting.

yeah that turbo is bigger than the one that will be ran, still probably need a 90* off the compressor housing. The pictures on the DP are misleading, there is plenty of room to dump a 3" pipe down there.

I have no idea how anyone could even do that. I could see maybe on runners 1 and 6 but that would have to be one hell of a machine.

Few more pictures of the final product.

Pretty happy with it. Started to finish up the manifold for my personal car. I'll unveil more of that once I get back into it a bit.

Oh shit, I didn't realize you were the one making this manifold. I've been following Frank (and your) build, but had never put the two together. I might be interested in a similar manifold except with wastegate provisions. I'm just a few hours north of you if iirc. Pm me if you can figure a price, depending on how testing goes

Maybe I missed it, but whats the blue tubing you used to mock up the manifold.
                            Very nice piece.

Yeah I down in Omaha! I might be interested, I have some other designs I want to try. 6-1 ram horn style was EXTREMELY difficult. Frank and I worked out a deal but I just don;t see to many people wanting to pay what I'd charge. I won;t be doing another for a couple months, really busy with school and work and haven't gotten to work on my car in several months. want to get that finished up before I start producing more manifolds.

a company called Ice engine works makes them. Amazing kit, really helps you visualize what the manifold will look like and allows to test fit in tight spaces......like e30 engine bays haha!
