Thanks! I'm stoked, can't wait to have her home. She's a 1991 w/154k on her, a folder full of maintenance receipts and no rust! Color is Roman Bronze which at first I wasn't crazy about but now I actually dig it.

Nice I'm guessing that is the '91? I love that it is a 5 speed however the grey one looks so clean it would have been hard to pass on that one.

No I passed on that one also, while it had the cool 5 speed it was a bit rough and with rust. I loved the gray one but it was twice as much as I wanted to spend. These RRC prices are climbing fast!!

That's why I think it's worth it to fix the rust on mine now.

          Anywho, D2 update.

I romped it yesterday and got a SES flashing with a miss. Restarted it and SES stayed on, but miss was gone. This morning SES was off. Hmm.....

Also there is some leak dripping down the trans line and onto the left cat. I think it's engine oil. I need to get it to the shop and scrub down the underside and see what's what. It was dripping pretty steadily. Maybe it's ATF....I wish these transmissions had dipsticks....THX ZF.....I think I'm going to look into adding one.

Checked it again, running, after letting it sit....and no drip.

Thanks man! I wasnt into the color at first but then it grew on me. Roman Bronze.

Ran pretty good on the way home. Exhaust needs to be replaced its rusted through but that's the only rust on her, nothing on body.

                  How could you not love….ROMAN….BRONZE….

I really like it. I've never seen it before.

If it was me, I'd lose the running boards right away.

I know right! Yea it's pretty neat. Taking her in for some proper maintenance first before I go wild on the mods.

This makes no sense. Mod first, run second. Everyone knows that.

Usually it's fix what's keeping the thing from driving, then mod.

                            Made these this week

Should give me another 1.5". Extended brake lines and ABS module bypass surgery should go down tomorrow night.

                              Verry nice!

I made some from delrin or something for my RRC. Held up well. Thinking of making some for the D2, but I wanna see how much (should be +1") installing my D1 springs gives me.

Also going to try to install a trans dipstick. Should be able to just put on one from a BMW.
