Im also not buying the 3500# claim... doesnt matter though its not a car for me. If I was going to get a "big, heavy" sedan it would be a C63, but that really will never happen either hahSimon

Thats more believable. My 4000# was TIC, but 3500 definitely seemed low. I think a basic-bitch 328 weighs that much so with all the extra stuff the M3 had I figured it was 37-3800...
Ok, which would you rather have?
E90/2 Sedan M3 or E39 M5? Both are V8 manual cars, and probably weigh about the same with similar HP outputSimon

I agree with the two above me. E39 M5 by a literal mile. There is no comparison in my eyes.My previous build (currently E30-less)

E39 M5 no question.
It's on the list of sedan's I'd really consider if I had the money for upkeep and everything.Comment

e90 m3 kerb 3704
Since that's measured with 90% fuel, a full tank and driver puts them very close to 4k.
That being said, they feel a lot lighter than they are after driving them.Comment

Yes, 2 previous accidents, but low miles. This is Doug Demuro's answer to BaT.

Between an e90 and e39 ///M sedans I think I'd actually go with the e90. Probably just a little bit tighter and nimbler than the 5er, and I like the widened fenders.Comment
