                If you've got mold/mildew from the wetness, the only way you'll truly kill the odor permanently is to nuke it with ozone. Look for an ozone generator on craigslist.

                                I had a random thought, did 88's have metal or plastic bumpers in Europe? I've never seen a metal bumpered car with big tail lights(besides db's).
