Not too bad but deciding whether or not to go with Haury's again.
Anyone have any other recommendations.
Great shop! Highly recommended, they did an excellent job redoing the bumper on my former Z3MC.
Hope you're doing ok after the accident, make sure you see a doctor if you're hurting.

Well, this winter has been harsh on the Batteries in my car familia.
07 650 (Danielle's Dad) needed replacement, and the battery registered mid January.
Danielle's E46 got a new battery at the end of January.
Went out to my iX this morning and got a few slow turns and finally died. It's been going slower and slower every morning, then is fine after I get home at night. Luckily I have a MTP-91 that I bought in '13 for the 87 E30 (which gave it's drivetrain to my 2002). Got my TEP Rear Strut Bar in the 2002, and battery disconnect wired up, but the MTP-91 I had bought (originally for the same engine/trans setup, but for my 87 325e at the time) is just a little too wide to fit in the strut bar..
Take lemons and make lemonade - Throwing the MTP-91 into the 325iX and just ordered a blemished MT-47/H5 for the 2002. MT-47/H5 is the perfect size for the TEP Bar, so everything works out. Still though, that shit through me for a loop this morning. /rantclutchCTRL!Move with a purpose.- 1991 325iX 4dr/5spd- 1976 2002 SlickTop/2.7i M20/G260- 2000 323i AT2016 Mazda CX3 Sport AWD

kind of losing interest in the idea of a turbo m42. I think 200whp m42 N/A on E85 would be a cooler undertaking. parts in mind:
VAC RACING cams + steel springs/keepers
m47 stroker crank new from BMW, knife edged and lightened + crank scraper
CP pistons 12:1 compression
m52 rods balanced (I think s52 is lightest 135mm rod from a factory BMW, definitely lighter than m42 factory ones)
30lb injectors
megasquirt
RHD engineering ITB kit + flywheel
custom longtube 4 into 1 headers
I think 200whp is doable with a 2 liter m42!!! flame suit on. just dreaming today at work, I am well aware this build would be $6000+Last edited by 5Toes; 02-10-2016, 06:51 PM.
