^^ I don't believe so, because even with the car on or off and with the clutch engaged/disengaged, the shifter was stuck in 3rd gear.
Rundown: shifted to third, went to go to 4th and the shifter wouldn't move. Was able to get in to a parking lot and fuck with it and tried to yank it out of gear, to no avail (and I believe I broke the shifter in the process, awesome.) I broke the connecting rod from the bottom of the shifter to the tranny. I was getting on the highway shifting to second. Ended up parking it on the embankment. left a note on the windshield. Ordered the part and slipped it in a few days later.Been with me for 16 years...

ARRGGG, Cleaned the shit out of my car when i was in Ashland. Got back to Portland this afternoon, now sitting on the couch youtube'n and the street washer comes by, DAMNIT. Shit was purdy, now its gonna be all water spotted. Damn garageless self. Shit pisses me off, but i have more beer......Been with me for 16 years...
