It's been awhile, work and more work has gotten in the way so haven't had time to do much since last post. I do have some time this week so will do as much as I can get done.

Might sound dumb but they look backwards. That tuber weather stripping on number two I have below my master cylinder.

            I bought Andrews adapter

The number 2 loom can be pulled over to the booster, so does it tuck inside the car or sits out?

Some connectors will be in and some will be out. What I did was connect his adapter first so I could see where all the plugs went.

There's only like two that will go in the car to the computer from the harness then a few more to his adapter (in the car) like the sport button throttle etc the rest don't matter. I can snap close ups of whatever you want on mine o also used e46 harness

                It's tight

You'll prolly need to extend the plug for the maf

The harness giving me a headache so turned my attention to cooling. I got a Brandnew Mishimoto rad from a very cool person, just wanna say that there are some pretty awesome ppl in this world, guys looking out for one another such a blessing.

There are a few radiator options to choose from, my initial plan was to use the e46 rad, it's thick but short in length and will require custom brackets to fit. I don't have the materials for that so choose to go with a e36/e30 rad.

The radiator top hose adapter for the e30 brown top coolant sensor, does anyone know which size adapter to get? to fit in the rad hose and sensor

Edit* Buy 36mm adapter for e36 upper rad hose and tap fitting to 14x1.5

Question: Where do u connect the oil return(separator) line? It connects on the head and returns to the oil pan? I don't see anywhere on my custom pan it where it connects to.

*edit For some reason my custom pan didn't have the fitting for the oil return line so what I did was install the stock line and ran a hose there to the dipstick so I don't have to tap the pan. *Dipstick was modified, welded a nipple for the hose to fit.

I had to create one on my Euro swap. I drilled and tapped my E34 pan for the factory oil return pipe to screw into on my Euro S50B30 with E34 pan combination.

Thanks for responding, I was hoping to avoid drilling into the pan, it's already on and in my car :( I wonder why Arkham didn't think of keeping it when customizing the pan? :/

Mine was drilled and tapped for a return on the passenger side top. I made a oil line with summit parts

^ looks good, so the top of the pan huh? I might just do that and try to flush the shavings out.
