    Interior modifications:

Interior removed, full rollcage as per FIA rules.
    Race seat, 6point harness

    Story behind the car:

I saw ad about dirt cheap 320is rolling shell and could not resist having yet another race car project. Idea was just to have a cheap track car. But like usual, one modification leads to yet another modification... and series of modifications. But this incarnation is perhaps the last. Biggest problem is that I love engine tuning, which I have done about 30 years. And M20 is nice simple underrated engine.

I have not any in-car stuff about the current version, but highlights from last races can be seen from other competitor's point of view here:

I have a plan to document season 2023 better.

Been following this car for a while now, love an M20 at its limits.

Did I read this is making close to 300 crank hp?

Dyno reading was 288bhp/7060rpm. Faster than M50B25 but slower than S54B32, that's all I know for sure!

Awesome car and really nice build!

But how are you going to talk about and show the worked-over engine without dyno graphs!?!?!! Also, what's the tube that crosses over the engine to the passenger front?

I just watched the video, that thing is QUICK!!!!

Thanks! That crossing hose belongs to the ghetto tuned breather system.

Dyno graphs were originally published in the build thread. As there are always discussions of error marginals and different measurement standards, I did not publish them here. But here it is.

Gearbox is a 4-speed dogbox made in Finland. New 5 or 6 speed would be great, but costs arm and leg. The bellhousing is sourced from U.S. Some friendly guy from this forum helped me years ago to get a special M20/Getrag265 housing that is never sold in Europe. Many don't even know that one exists.
