Solution to losing belts was the Hydraulic tensioner and belt 2 sizes smaller.

Drove the BMW a bit over 40 miles round trip on the freeway. It's a freaking blast!

Soooooooo. I'm on top O' the world, all is well, car feels great, went on several fun in the sun drives (until it got too hot & the no AC due to heat on all the time made it no fun) and I hit the brake & it needs 10+ times the pressure.
Booster or MC more likely & is there a upgrade like on e30s to the e32 mc?
I just bled the entire system with Motul full synth.

Vacuum line between intake manifold and booster still good? Inline check valve still good?

Yup, no vacuum leaks. I'll look at the check valve.
Thanks

The sensor for the AFR/boost gauge is defective. Reads 22.4 when revved and 7.4 at idle.
Searched forums, found it's a known issue if the gauge does not like the ground.
Opened the pita to open center console ran the ground to a bolt holding the gas pedal assy on the car, no change. As I bought the PSB1 direct, called Innovate. After some drama, they are sending another O2 sensor.
I have one I bought for the Sequoia that disappeared, searched and searched, then it occurred to me I put the new one in the box the gauge came in.
Mystery solved!

Got the PSB1 "working" but it's readings make no sense. 10.x at idle up to 15 at throttle. WTF?

Is there any weird setup you need to do with the PSB1?
I remember the LC1, you needed to go into LM Programmer and change it to AFR/Gasoline because it came defaulted to something else.
Otherwise is it just really lean? AA tune I think I saw? correct MAF/injectors/fuel pressure and whatnot?Originally posted by priapismMy girl don't know shit, but she bakes a mean cupcake.Originally posted by shamesonUsually it's best not to know how much money you have into your e30Comment
