    Whoops I completely misread that.

I think a bunch of people make BBTBs, I don't know if it's worth it for an FI car. Probably should have a tune adjustment for TPS enrichment if you do.

27 year old MAF is the issue, verified by removing it & it idles. I had a cheap Amazon on hand & it runs fine. Ordered a new OEM.

Glad you got it sorted out.
I wonder if the MAFs can go bad with time? Maybe humidity in the air?

I'd think like anything eventually they fail. Not a lot of humidity in Phoenix so I doubt it's that.

          lol

99% there! Should be driving today!

I just put in the trans & differential fluids, all that's left is running the hoses from the PS pump/cooler to the reservoir & adding fluid. Taking a break & then I'm dropping it off the jackstands & going for a ride.

Thinking I need spacers, how can I tell what size?

Drop a plumb line off the fender lip (can tape it on), and then measure from that into the wheel/tire.

2" to the roundel, 1.5 to the lip.

1.5= 38.1 mm, thinking I don't want to be all the way out so 30mm?

You measured all four corners? Sometimes cars don't sit perfect side-to-side.
On my E28 I actually have a 12mm spacer on the Left rear, and 15mm spacer on the Right rear to get it sitting even.

Are the fender lips rolled? If they're not, you do want to leave some space as you've noted.

Nope, just the back 2. I'm ok with the front.

I ordered 15mm from Amazon, if they are wrong, I'll send them back and get the next direction indicated.

You'll also want to get longer lugs, or convert to studs. Motorsport Hardware always has the goods...

Car is looking great, you basically built yourself a Z3M haha

15mm spacer in. Except losing the short stud lock, I like it.

What size do I need? The stock are 50.8mm. I think the ones the spacer came with are about 65mm but did not measure. What about nuts?

If they came with longer bolts, you'll probably be fine, however studs tend to be easier to live with.

If you want, reach out to them and let them know R3V sent you
