Guys, I'm confused. Is it possible to obtain a rebuilt title for a vehicle over 20 years old (with a current salvage title). The way the law is written is confusing.

I just went cheap and picked up some magnaflow or borla style straight through polished stainless mufflers from dnamotorsports they were 100 shipped for the pair we will see how they do, they look really nice.
