                    I need to start researching into getting ahold of a M50 and doing a swap.

                    I wish I had an accessible garage at my disposal. Might have to bite the bullet and rent one and try to do the swap within 30 days.

                        Meh M50's IMO If you MUST do 24v get a M3 motor.

                                m50s arent bad at all. Sure nonvanos aint really gonna make your car faster.. but it does give you a WAY BETTER UPGRADE path, easier to wrench on, etc.

                                vanos motors with cams and a tune and headers are nice though
