I went OEM. Didn't see the need for anything more expensive fory power goals at the time.

    Let's see that header! ;)

I always look at it as "while im in there" because if you want more later you dont have to do the extra work.

On a stock or lightly modded engine the only advantaged ARP give is the ability to remove the head without replacing the bolts... Not worth the price tag imo

You would have to replace your head bolts 5+ times before the ARPs would pay themselves off.

I ran metric blues on my m20 with no issues, up until the tb snapped.

Solid advice I'll probably go OEM, Thanks.

Edit: does anyone know where to get OEM bolts, NOT Victor Reinz? I can get Victor Reinz from my parts supplier and I've used them before but wasn't too happy.

thats my plan, I just bought a welder too! Eastwood 135, for $330 shipped. Just need to get the gas bottle now... I also have an extra set of strut housings so my suspension is going to get some upgrades once the car is done. and for those who baby their cars, WTF! Im going to hammer my car the minute Im driving it.

Ah must be 24v vs 12v... Too bad! I've never personally had any issues with VR gaskets but cannot say anything regarding the head bolts.

The best feeling is the first start up, it just more motivation to get it on the streets
