Selling a nice 1989 325is Coupe Manual Transmission & Limited Slip deft. A lot of major work done to the engine and gearbox new muffler and also some suspension work. Interior is in great condition one small crack in the dash. Will need a radio. Exterior is in nice shape fog lights and air ducts come with the car.
This is a solid running e30.

Back on again. Aleman gave us the heads up on this car back on December 5th. I would think a rarity like a diesel, even in non-turbo form, would sell pretty quickly if a decently sorted out car???

It's very slow, has paint issues, no A/C, manual windows, 4 doors and no undercarriage pics.

These are probably the reasons that it hasn't sold.

I rather like white. I’ve been looking for a coupe ix to rebuild. That one of the colors toward the top of my list

I kind of dig the manual windows. And yes, I know they are not much lighter. The engine compartment looks pretty clean so hopefully the underside is just as clean, it's a 5-speed, has Euro clock, original radio, Euro bumpers, and some decent maintenance. No AC would be the only concern for those in a warmer climate. Anyone up North could probably live without it.

What year did they start putting turbos on the diesels?

I like everything on it except I would have to leave here at 0600 to get there at 1000 that night.

I was checking my east coast trip route because I have to go camp Lejeune this summer so maybe it will be there and maybe the wife will allow me and the kids to swap driving it home.

I dont disagree, I just like the more unique colors. Im still kicking myself for not creating a huge headache and buying a euro artkikblau sedan a few years ago... I like my cirrusblau though

1988 BMW 325i Convertible - $2500 - $2500 (San Clemente) 274k miles

I am selling my 1988 BMW 325i Convertible. All paperwork for over $4000 in repairs in the last 7 years and fully serviced. There is a dent of the front left fender but it can be replaced very easily. Part online is $80-$150 painted. It runs great and starts right up with a new battery, it has to be jumped no because it sits parked in my car port and battery is dead. I am glad to jump the car and start it if needed. There is a fuel leak in the fuel line but it can also roughly $40-$60. These cars run forever and I have driven this car to Vegas, Sacramento, San Diego, Phoenix multiple times and had no issues.


- Replaced all engine belts
- Replaced exhaust
- Replace O2 sensors
- Replaced transmission mounts and bearings
- Breaks pads in good shape
- New Catalytic converter
- Replaced seat belts
- Fixed A/C (Button on dash needs to be replaced [$8-$15 at Bavarian])
- New convertible top
- Sony stereo
