I would have been in my truck on the way to the bank pronto if you told me there was a $4k Z3M for sale near me. If it wasn't rusted out or in need of a new engine I'd buy it, at the very least it would be worth it for the parts.

I need to sell the C5 first, but these are good examples of what I could get myself into.

I'm thinking I might pay more for a lower mileage example, that way I can get more on the back end when I go to sell it.

For me its such a conflicted situation... a Porsche to me is such a compromise and emotional WANT, whereas my Datsun + E30 combo is the best logical decision to give me what I NEED.

I've never driven a porsche, but from what others say about them they must be good driver's cars. I know the early 2000's porsches were slow, my e39 m5 could beat them. Granted the turbos were way faster but still.
