                I figured out my issue. The Crank Position Sensor has a plastic shield that it and a couple other wires run through to protect it from the belts. That was missing on mine and the previous owner had zip tied it out of the way. The zip tie must have broke and the belt had worn through the wire.



                Clark hooked me up with a new CPS and I rigged it until I can get a new plastic shield.

                Also picked up my new E21 recaros!







                The tear on the driver's side isn't all the way through. I'm going to clean them and try to have it patched professionally. Then fab up a way to mount them on E30 sliders so I get more adjustability and only one tap to pull to slide.
                Those seats are awesome. I saw them on CL and wished i had the $$!!! Can't wait to see them installed!

                    geez, the board is DEAD today. Today I saw a 740i that was tinted and low on m-parallel rims. Now I want one.

                        About once a month I get on the 740i kick. Craigslist always has a million for cheap. My fear of electricity though keeps me from buying one, but man they are sexy.
