Because my M5 and X3 are AW3, and I hate how dingy AW2 is.

No one is going to know its AW3 anyway just looking at it, it will just look fresh.

Hmm interesting, I was thinking about going to AW3 on my repaint, love to see your AW2 next to an AW3 E30.

I got a quote from them, it was about $2,300.00
For this level of project, small price to pay.

I actually found a mint used dash on the R3V Facebook group and had it shipped from the Netherlands. Unfortunately FedEx struck the box with a sharp cornered object and pierced the box, dash on the instrument cluster hood.

Waiting on the damage claim process to run its course now.

I believe all new bearings, OEM or otherwise, have 360 degree thrust now.

Pedal mounting bracket, linkage and both pedals came back from powdercoating yesterday. I also have a new accelerator pedal although I wasn't quite sure where when I took the picture so it was left out.



Just buttoning up small projects and organizing awaiting the chassis coming back from paint next weekend.
